The proposal was developing the real estate on 78 acres of land in Chennai and construction area of 4.3 lakh sq.ft..  The design concept was to have a radial approach to different home sites and apartments culminating in a very large recreation area.  There was a combination of individual home sites, row houses, low-rise apartments and high rise towers.  The proposal also included design of commercial spaces, educational institutes and retail.
