The client’s aspiration was to have a multi-storeyed residential complex with modern form. Here the attempt is to make the external form as Kinetic as possible without compromising the internal spaces. The proposal also included all the aspects of green building design. The common spaces where designed such that they formed an internal courtyard/garden without any vehicular access. The design proposal also had strategically placed sky gardens. The proposed project was having 1100 dwelling units with total area of 12 lakh sq.ft. on 9 acre site.
